The European Jay has a very distinctive pinkish-grey color, with black tail and black on the trailing edge of the wings, blue and white wing patches and a white rump.
The Jay's sound is a harsh screech, not very musical.
Habitat
forests throughout Beyond (and western Europe). Sometimes in fields and orchards, and rarely in towns or villages.
