A spreading and scrambling annual with tubular flowers. One of the most common fumitories in the Mediterranean region.
Flowers.
Mar-June.
Size.
short-tall
Flower Blossom.
10-14 mm. Creamy white or pale pink, and tipped with a dark reddish-black, 10 to 14 mm long.
Leaves.
Stemmed along the main stalk, segmented, pale or greyish green, flat, wedge shaped with blunt lobes.
Habitat.
Rocky places, walls, hedgerows, cultivated ground. We found some in the rocky hills at the west side of Lac St. Cassien.
Fruit.
Scarcely keeled, rounded apex, 2.5 mm diam.
