La Millefeuilles de Saumon Fumé Florentine was our magnificent entrée at La Grignotière, in Pierrefeu-du-Var. This imaginative dish of smoked-salmon and spinach baked in an enclosing crust of flakey pastry was the best highligh of the meal. The portion was big enough that a second course wasn't really necessary; that didn't stop us, though. Price was 70 F, Á la carte.
