La Salade de Chèvre Chaud au Bacon, our other entrée at La Grignotière, in Pierrefeu-du-Var, was more of a classical dish, except for the several thick slices of Canadian bacon (or ham or whatever it's called in your neck of the woods). This was apparently meant as a single-dish meal, although we didn't stop there.
