Castelbouc is an absolute jewel of a little hamlet hidden down in the Tarn Gorges, perched directly beside the river. The ruins of a Medieval castle on a vertical rock pinacle mark the location a few houses built against the side of the cliff just a few meters above the under-cutting river.
